Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the glassware items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the items in their original Bormioli Rocco box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
